How do I rent a property?

  After you contact us we will send you the lease agreement by email if the property is available.

  You review the lease agreement, sign it and fax it back to us.

  You send 50% of total payment immediately by mail so that we can reserve the property for you.

  You send the rest 50% two weeks before the check-in date.

  We send you the key codes, map, check-in and check-out instructions etc. by email after the final payment is received.

  Once you checkout and the property is in order, we will mail the security deposit back to you.
