Rental Policy
- Our prices are very competitive (based on location, size of the property and amenities we provide) but in case you find similar house in the area for cheaper price, we will meet or beat the competition.
- You or someone in your group needs to be at least 25 years old to sign the lease. Below 25 will cost extra.
- Full amount is due upfront to hold the house.
- Payments can be made by Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check and/or Credit Card. For certain properties, owner may not accept credit cards.
- If your check-in date is within 3 weeks then check wont be accepted as payment.
- Check-in time is 03.00 PM and Check-out time is 11.00 AM for each rental. Both are negotiable based on availability.
- Unless we receive both the signed lease agreement and full payment, house is not secured for you.
- There is $300 or more security deposit (depends on the group size), $90 cleaning fee and $25 processing fee with every rental.
- Once you checkout and we found no issues with the house, your deposit will be returned within 30 days or less.
Rental Process
- If you like any of the houses, please send us an email (or SMS) and we will send the paperwork by email.
- You can send the complete paperwork, along with copy of photo id and payment by fax, email/scan or mail.
- One week before check-in date, we will email the lock box codes, directions, how to check-in/check-out etc by email.
- You will have access to our property manager, who lives in the area, 24x7 during your stay.
